How Dispatch Works
After you place an order at Wokori, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders submitted before the daily cut off are placed into the same day handling queue, while orders placed after the cut off are handled on the next business day. Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). During processing, we confirm the order details, prepare the parcel, and arrange handoff to the carrier.

Delivery time is 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date and can vary based on carrier routing, local delivery schedules, and the destination within the United States.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for deliveries within the United States. If other delivery options are available during checkout, the cost and estimated timeframe will be shown before payment is completed.

Order Tracking
Tracking is available for most shipments. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel while it is in transit. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans, and the first update may take some time to appear.

Delivery Timing and Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather conditions, address verification, or seasonal peaks. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, checking the Order Tracking is usually the fastest way to see the latest status. If you still need help, contact our support team and include your order number.

Shipping Partners
Wokori ships orders across the United States with trusted delivery carriers. Depending on your location and the selected service, your parcel may be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations will only be considered before the shipment is dispatched. Once the shipment has been processed, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

Items Arriving Damaged or Not as Expected
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if the item received does not match what was ordered, please contact us and include clear photos of the parcel and item. We will review the details and provide the next steps based on the situation.
