Eligibility
Returns can only be accepted for items that come back in an unused state, with no changes made to them. To qualify, the item must not be worn, washed, adjusted, or damaged, and it should be in the same state as when it arrived. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered may not qualify for a return. We cannot review returns that fall outside the 30 day period.

Contact Us First
Please reach out to our support team first. After we review your request, we’ll send the return instructions and confirm where to ship the parcel. Sending items without contacting us beforehand can delay handling and may affect whether the return can be reviewed.

Sending the Parcel
Please pack the item carefully to help prevent damage during shipping. If you choose a service that provides shipment updates, it can help you follow the parcel until it reaches our return location. Return postage is paid by the customer, and the parcel stays under the sender’s responsibility until it reaches our return location.

What Happens After Delivery
When the return is delivered, we inspect the item to make sure it follows the return conditions. If everything is confirmed, the refund is sent back using the same payment method used for the purchase. We aim to complete the refund process within 10 days after approval, while banks and payment providers may take extra time to post the funds.

Refund Processing
After we receive your return, the item will be reviewed. If it follows the return conditions, the refund will be sent back using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be completed. No restocking fees are charged.

Timing Notes
From time to time, refund timing may be extended by bank processing schedules, payment provider procedures, or higher volumes during peak periods. If tracking shows the parcel was delivered and you still need an update, contact us and we’ll take a look.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items. To request an exchange, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide instructions. Exchange requests must follow the conditions in our return guidelines and are handled once the original item is received and reviewed.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations will only be considered before the shipment is dispatched. Once the shipment has been processed, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

Items Arriving Damaged or Not as Expected
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if the item received does not match what was ordered, please contact us and include clear photos of the parcel and item. We will review the details and provide the next steps based on the situation.
